Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties as needed
Skills:
- Experience using a POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills, making change, and splitting checks
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong guest relations skills to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
