Lane Park, a brand new upscale activities and dining experience featuring interactive and internationally inspired games, Spanning 8,000 square feet, this first concept location introduces guests to a one-of-a-kind, trendy ambiance for those looking to explore a variety of curated games, while enjoying great music and shareable bites. With outdoor communal vibes and tech-supported hospitality, every guest experience is designed to deliver a uniquely immersive adventure. Lane Park becomes the new adult playground and backdrop for corporate events,
team-building exercises, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties and everyday
fun, with a space that can comfortably accommodate both small and large groups.
The epicenter of Lane Park is a group of premier and curated activities. Experiential games
include: Duckpin Bowling, a variation of standard 10-pin bowling, ten Axe Throwing lanes,
“Bar Style” Ice Curling on four lanes of a real ice rink, Sapo, Peruvian coin tossing, and Carrom, a tabletop game of Indian origin, that mixes elements of billiards with small pucks on a square table.
Job Summary:
As a Lane Park Bar and Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable games, cocktail, and dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, support guests with their experience, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. You will interact directly with patrons, offering menu recommendations, taking special requests, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive, seat them, and provide menus.
- Offer recommendations and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor and anticipate guests' needs, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Uphold a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Assist and support guests with experiences and games
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Basic math skills for processing payments.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and willingness to learn.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Stamina to work in a busy, bustling environment for several hours at a time.
- Manual dexterity for handling utensils, trays, and other items.
