Responsibilities include:
- Food knowledge and past server experience a plus
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet customers and review menus
- Make suggestions based on guest preferences
- Preform proper wine service
- Ability to discuss food techniques and dishes with customers
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Accurately place orders in POS
- OpenTable & Toast POS knowledge a plus
- Keep tables and server areas clean and tidy at all times
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team member
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
