Located 35-45 minutes away from Bluffton/Beaufort/Savannah, Congaree Golf Club is searching for a full-time, seasonal Food Server. At Congaree, we not only pride ourselves on having one of the most highly renowned golf courses in the country, but also providing the highest level of hospitality. Our first-class menus are comprised of the finest ingredients from local and international purveyors. Our culinary team crafts these into dishes that bring joy and excitement to our guests, as our menu is ever changing with only the freshest seasonal ingredients. The wine program at Congaree features all major growing regions around the world, with special attention given to small producers and highly desired vintages. Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant with impeccable attention to detail
- Present menus and guide guest choices of food and beverages
- Proficiency in menu items and allergy substitution options
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for products and services
- Proficiency in hospitality and steps of service
- Communicate effectively with other staff members
