Restaurant Reservation Manager:
- Managing reservations, events and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assisting with menu planning and pricing, as well as keeping track of inventory and supplies
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in a managerial position in the hospitality industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong leadership abilities. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for growth within the company.
