Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership in a fast-paced, high volume environment (annualized sales of at least $8M)
• Excellent knowledge and experience with innovative beverage programs
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service, and creating memorable experiences for all patrons
• Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading teams
