Full time direct hire positions. $55-75k DOE

Talentry is looking for multiple experienced Restaurant Managers for a variety of locations in .

The role is:

· To oversee the Front and the Back of the House with respect to operations.

· Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, while at the same time ensuring profitable operations.

· This role will evaluate staff performance, organize shifts, work with vendors, ensure health/safety/compliance, and look for opportunities to improve the brand.

· The manager will train new and current employees, communicate policies and ensure change management.

Requirements:

· Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager, GM, or similar.

· Ability to work 50 hours/week on a 5-day work shift (with a max of 3 closings).

· Proven leadership, training, and people skills.

· Demonstrated customer-centric history.

· Familiar with restaurant management software (OpenTable, etc.)
