We operate 48 Applebee’s locations around the Greater Minnesota region. We are actively searching for Restaurant Managers with prior experience as a General Manager or an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years in the restaurant industry. All managers go through a comprehensive 9 weeks paid training program. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food production and quality to meet customer expectations
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff
- Coordinate catering events and manage relationships with vendors

Skills:
- Strong background in food service and restaurant management
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes
- Experience in catering and event planning is a plus
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in computer systems and restaurant management software

The Assistant Manager’s total compensation average ranges from $57,000-$70,000 plus benefits.

Key wages are based on experience.
