Restaurant Manager, Tutto Italia

THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tutto Italia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Prioritising guest service excellence, you will be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and execution of all restaurant functions; comprehensive knowledge of menu information is vital for guest experience. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity and volume
• Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
• Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
• No degree required
