Seeking a Restaurant Manager for a fast casual restaurant concept that has a passion for this industry and would like an opportunity to grow their career in a stable and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training and developing hospitality-focused Team Members.
- Utilizing all forecasting systems for food production, inventory, and labor and scheduling.
- Managing the performance of the culinary staff and front of the house staff to drive efficient execution of all restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- One plus years of full service restaurant experience.
- Understanding of the numbers part of the business
- Demonstrated track record of success & achievement within a national/regional restaurant group.
