- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company and health department standards
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Oversee the hiring and training of new employees
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Strong working knowledge of booking and executing banquets is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
