Opportunities include all levels (Assistant to Regional) with training and support. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff members to deliver excellent customer service
- Create and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and reporting
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
