M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers is currently searching for Management candidates! Our managers are whole Restaurant Managers who own a department focus and know how to treat our guests like good neighbors. We are a growing company with 3 brands and as we expand so do the leadership opportunities!

We operate high-volume 100% scratch restaurants and bars. This is a unique opportunity with a leading local, Nashville-born hospitality group!

As a Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving sales!
• Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that’s consistent with our standards
• Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer!
• Day-to-day restaurant operations
• Schedule writing and labor management
• Inventory and ordering
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Coaching and development
• Bar Managers will also get to choose beer for our rotating tap program
