Calling all Dreamers, Change Makers & Taco Lovers! Local Cantina is now hiring for Line Cooks! We are looking to expand our team for our booming patio and Dayton Dragons Baseball season!

The Local Cantina legacy began in Grandview, Ohio in 2012 with an idea, a dedicated staff, & a lot of hard work. Today, Local Cantina has over 10 locations across Columbus, Dayton, & Cincinnati all with the determination to deliver genuine hospitality in a relaxing place while serving our twist on the classic Tex-Mex flair for your friends & family.

Restaurant Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Setup & maintain preparation of food in various cooking stations in accordance with all quality standards of control & food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Setup & maintain smallware and dish sanitation throughout service, in accordance with all quality standards of control & food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of stock & storage rooms and items.
• Maintain high standards of quality in food production & follow all recipes & specification sheets for plate ups of food items.
• Communicate with fellow team members during service on needs for guest items & ensure that all items leave the kitchen in a timely and efficient manner.

Restaurant Line Cook Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods of time.
