Responsibilities:

• Back of House: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards. Assist with various back-of-house stations, adhere to company policies, and ensure food safety.
• Front of House: Provide excellent Customer Service, take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru, maintain a clean work area, and deliver orders promptly and courteously.
• Willingness to cross-train in various positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and other stations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience required.
• Effective communication in English and/or Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and a strong work ethic.
• Back of House: Lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods.
• Front of House: Lift up to 40 pounds, confident money handling skills.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
