Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic retail math principles for cash handling
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
