As a Host, responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
Ensuring all policies and procedures are completed timely and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
Providing excellent customer service to create a hospitable environment
Assisting the management team in training
Keeping a positive attitude, team-oriented attitude with coworkers and customers
Maintaining equipment and keeping brand standards
As a Host, requirements include:
Previous restaurant experience not necessary
Ability to work as a team
Willingness to learn
Be passionate about the food and drinks we serve
Being able to stand for long periods of time
Perform calmly and competently under pressure
Must be organized
Able to clean and maintain a sanitary work environment
ServSafe certification required
