Villagio Hospitality Group is growing!!! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has NEW RESTAURANT OPENING experience and is passionate about hospitality!
Responsibilities:
- Developing pre-opening operating procedures for new concept
- Oversight of New Restaurant facility setup, including but not limited to small wares, equipment, uniforms, standard operating procedures and processes
- Lead successful training execution of New Restaurant Opening
- Lead by example, providing exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment for team
- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to uphold health and safety standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- New Restaurant Opening experience
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management software.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
