Our General Manager Requirements include:
- At least 1-year General Management experience in a QSR concept that serves chicken and hamburger
- Must be able to show proven track record in running a profitable
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all managers and team members
- Ability to train and develop talent at all levels
- Ability to multitask
Ability to thrive in a fast past work environment
Our General Manager benefits include:
- Base Salary $100,000
- Monthly bonus based on sales increases
