• Oversee and run daily operations of the restaurant
• Lead, mentor, coach an develop the team.

• Proactively build a starting lineup and bench of team members.

• Forecast sales accurately and schedule the team appropriately to enhance phenominal guest experiences and business results.
• Lead exceptional food, service, and facility standards through strong team accountability.

• Experience  as a full-service General Manager
• Strong Leadership abilities, flexible, and adaptable.
