Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, including training and development of staff members.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Implement and enforce food safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve financial targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including shift management, customer service, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff members, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proven track record of team management and the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices.
