Ryfe Restaurant, Bar and Event Venue is a restaurant concept with locations in Atlantic City, NJ and Moorestown, NJ. We strive to be innovative, collaborative and creative and offer our guests and superior dining and bar experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including conducting interviews and hiring new employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Utilize POS systems to process customer orders and payments.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and ability to manage food costs effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
- Understanding of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
