SalaryWe are seeking an Area Supervisors to provide leadership, coaching, direction, develop people and improve restaurant operations to maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant. The successful candidate will consistently demonstrate the values and leadership behaviors needed to build positive business relationships with customers including the Restaurant Leadership Team and Crew. Applicant will be responsible for coaching the overall operational activities of multiple restaurants. Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week. Area Supervisor will work with the Store Management Team to achieve operational results.
This is a full-time position. You will be expected to spend significant hours in your assigned restaurants to support your teams. This includes working actual shifts on a daily basis. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of our organization. Previous restaurant management experience required.
