Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + Strong Benefits and Bonus packages

Job Description: The Restaurant Director of Training job involves building a top-notch training department and providing support for field operations. The Restaurant Director of Training role entails promoting our company's culture and in-store execution by creating, organizing, and implementing training programs, guidelines, and procedures. These are to be carried out by Franchise Owners, their staff, and both office-based and field-based employees. The Restaurant Director of Training role should be executed in a way that enhances the results of our processes, programs, and initiatives. This increases the performance success in our stores, always embodying the brand, and modeling appropriate behaviors and actions. It provides support to Franchisees, field training, field operations, and team members. Regular franchise management training classes are conducted by the Restaurant Director of Training at the Littleton training location. In consultation with the VP of Franchise Operations, training needs in the field are analyzed and identified; in-store, online training, and field operations support are provided to enhance store operations and management skills. Existing curriculum and materials are improved by the Restaurant Director of Training for effectiveness, and improvements and additions to the Learning Management System are determined.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years experience with Restaurant Training at a Director level
- QSR/Fast Casual experience preferred
- Prior experience training franchisees a plus
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement learning programs
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety of audiences.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with corporate management, employees, and the franchise community.
- Excellent Project Management skills
