Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive the launch of new restaurant locations - from site research to opening
- Work with the culinary team to ensure a cost-effective and reliable supply chain for goods
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction at each location
- Building repairs and maintenance
- Ensure each location is hitting financial benchmarks
- Develop leaders throughout your units to support future growth
- Hold each unit accountable for maintaining company standards in policies and procedures
- Striving for Operational Excellence
Director of Operations Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- Strong tenure and career progression
- Strong Leadership/Communication skills; ability to provide direction and accountability to individual store leaders
- Extensive knowledge of all financials, budgets, and total P&L control
