Director of Operations Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive the launch of new restaurant locations - from site research to opening
• Work with the culinary team to ensure a cost-effective and reliable supply chain for goods
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction at each location
• Building repairs and maintenance
• Ensure each location is hitting financial benchmarks
• Develop leaders throughout your units to support future growth
• Hold each unit accountable for maintaining company standards in policies and procedures
• Striving for Operational Excellence

Director of Operations Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
• Strong tenure and career progression
• Strong Leadership/Communication skills; ability to provide direction and accountability to individual store leaders
• Extensive knowledge of all financials, budgets, and total P&L control
