As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing operations during your designated shifts. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and guiding team members to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Operating the Aloha POS system efficiently
- Maintaining food safety standards at all times
- Managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality
- Training new team members on procedures and protocols
- Upselling menu items to increase sales
```Qualifications```
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Previous experience in the food service industry
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experience with kitchen operations and sanitation procedures
- Proficiency in basic math for order processing and calculations
