The Responsible Minerals Team is seeking a motivated, experienced Responsible Minerals Data Support Intern to provide support to our Quality Management Systems Group located at ADI's Wilmington, MA site. The candidate will report to the Responsible Minerals Program Manager as part of a 5 member team within Environmental Product Compliance. Our team culture is one of collaboration and positive energy. We are striving to maintain a compliant supply chain for responsible mineral sourcing to end child labor and human slavery/trafficking as part of environmental, social governance practices world wide.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintain supply chain database for all ADI products in scope for Responsible Minerals
- Attend monthly meetings with the Responsible Minerals program manager and procurement
- Participate in the outreach program for Responsible Minerals due diligence with the suppliers
Minimum qualifications
- On track for a BS in electrical engineering, physics, chemistry or materials science
- Other internships or employment in data analytics
- Analytical investigative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially EXCEL
- Understanding of electronic materials, components, and accessories related to regulatory scope
- Knowledge of procurement practices and supply chain related to responsible mineral reporting
- Utilize and maintain compliance database for material, component data, and supplier survey tracking
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with compliance portals (ie: Greensoft Technology, APA Engineering, etc.)
