Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Therapist to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week and will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in various healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in on-call and emergency respiratory care services as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Active state license as a Respiratory Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• CPR and BLS certification
• Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
