Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Per Diem

12 Hour Shifts

Desert Mountain Care Center (formerly Indio Nursing And Rehabilitation Center ) is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and subacute facility featuring 99 beds located in Indio, CA. We are looking to fill in the RT position Per Diem.

Duties:

• Assist and continually monitor residents for proper position of airways, oxygenation, and respiratory stability.
• Initiate and be clinically responsible for the administration of respiratory therapies
• Ventilator management, assessment, cleaning, weaning and maintenance.
• Tracheostomy maintenance, cleaning, replacement, and assurance of airway.

Requirements:

• Must possess a current RCP license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass pre-employment back ground check and physical.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.
