SalaryRequired qualifications include: a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care; professional licensure as an RRT in Pennsylvania or professional licensure (or a credential comparable to licensure) in a state of residence that neighbors Pennsylvania; Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care or a related field; a minimum of four years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (two years experience required for part-time summer positions) with at least two years experience in clinical Respiratory Care; a minimum of two years experience teaching in an accredited Respiratory Care program (a minimum of one year experience for part-time summer positions) either as an appointed faculty member or as a clinical preceptor; and successful completion of an interview. Earned degrees must be from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE).

Additional InformationThe College of Arts and Sciences at Clarion University is seeking to expand the current Temporary Faculty Pool to teach various undergraduate courses for the (first AY), (second AY), and (third AY) academic years. Applicants in previous pools will have to reapply to be considered. All positions are contingent upon the availability of funding.
