As a Resort Services Operator, you will:

• Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests
• Answer calls using the phone routing system
• Route calls and takes messages to the appropriate departments
• Completes daily reports and records as required
• Answers, screens, and routes outside calls
• Supplies information to callers and records messages
• Call back each guest who called to assure completion of the request
• Maintains required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required
• Prepare and assign daily assignments for both contract cleaners and housekeeping staff including partial and full service
• Coordinates with front desk via "Owner Forecast Grid" to ensure all owner villas are a priority and that there are adequate villas in the system for the night arrival
• Inputs and manages timeshare villa status for front desk
• Liaisons with front desk daily for partial and full services and VIP lists

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 to drive company golf carts, and be at least 21 to drive tagged company vehicles.
• Must comply with company vehicle insurance policy.
• Pass a driver's license check by the company's insurance company.
• Able to work all weekends and holidays

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
