Spinnaker Resorts, Inc. has an EXCITING career opportunity for you if you can bring the customer service WOW-factor to us!! We are looking for someone to join our Front Desk team in Ormond Beach, FL. The Guest Service Agent will deliver outstanding customer service to our owners and guests while upholding Southwind Management’s standards and practices. This position is full-time , 12 PM to 8 PM.
Duties:
- Participate in daily operations of the Front Desk such as answering phone calls, checking guests in and out, and providing helpful interactions with our owners and guests.
- Support our "guest service approach" by ensuring all owners and guests receive informative, professional and warm interactions with staff. This begins with a positive experience at check-in and ends with a warm farewell at check-out.
- Learn and implement resort policies and procedures to better serve our owners and guests. This includes, but is not limited to, posting payments for guests, regulating ADA rules as they pertain to service animals, and requesting maintenance and housekeeping services for guest villas.
- Ensure safety and security for all of our guests and owners.
- Communicate clearly and precisely with both owners/guests and interdepartmentally.
- Be informative and suggestive with good local area knowledge and general information about our properties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED
- Neat clean appearance, warm, welcoming, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Good Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, email, and general computer skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills for interaction with owners, guests, vendors, employees, and the general public, using tact and poise.
- Follows directions with accuracy and positive attitude.
- On time for scheduled shifts and always shows up for work.
