Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways and public areas, servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with our proven procedures.
- Replace bed linens with clean items, prepare beds, fill carts with supplies and replenish guest rooms with the highest of standards and safety/security procedures.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, entering guest rooms by following access procedures and ensuring vacancy before entering.
- Ensure all room areas, including bathrooms, are sparkling clean and obsessively organized.
- Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.

- An experienced housekeeper comfortable and familiar with working in a luxury, exacting environment.
- A team player, initiative-taker, and positive person.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing the highest of trustworthiness.
- Humble and open to jumping in to perform other duties as assigned.
- A person with extreme attention to detail and exceptionally caring qualities.
Here’s What You’ll Have:
- The experience and ability to engage effectively with Ranch guests, fostering positive interactions and contributing to an enjoyable experience.
- At least two years of cleaning experience in a luxury hospitality and/or high-end home setting.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and carry at least 30 pounds of equipment and supplies.
- Possess a joy for creating clean and organized spaces while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States, as well as a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
