Your Role:
- Provides administrative leadership for patients admitted in specific hospital areas in accordance with individual resident rotations.
- Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties. Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY2) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives.
- Works collaborative with TMH Pharmacy Services senior leadership.
- Leads process improvement projects.
- Provides patient care in a collaborative practice clinic.
- Chairs a Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) subcommittee.
- Manages human resources (HR) and financial resources to develop advanced leadership skills.

Required Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school.
Required Experience:
- Completed American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Licensed as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013, within ninety (90) days post-hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within ninety (90) days post-hire.
Preferred Certification/License/Registry:
- Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate awarded by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA)
