Responsibilities: Residential/ Light Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose system malfunctions, identify root causes of issues, and recommend and implement appropriate repair solutions, including replacing defective parts, adjusting controls, and calibrating equipment.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and assessments of HVAC systems, including checking electrical connections, testing airflow and refrigerant levels, and evaluating system performance to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Communicate with clients to explain service options, provide estimates for repair costs, and answer any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the service process
- Be able to communicate to the office any additional work or engineering issues that may be require an RFI or change orders.
- Be able to give direction and oversee the actions of an apprentice if under your direct supervision.
- Perform all the required duties while adhering to company safety policies and regulations.

Desired Qualifications: Residential/ Light Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- 5 years of Residential/ Light Commercial HVAC Experience
- High School Diploma or greater.
- Nate Certified
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
- Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers.
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
- Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
- Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
