Residential Sales Representative:

• Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers.
• Set up appointments with potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Visit customers to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and features.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Update customer records and log all new interactions within our CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience as a Residential Sales Representative or similar.
• The ability to overcome challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

Training Pay:

To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for yourfirst 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
