Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and maintain residential field sales team.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure they understand our products/services and sales strategies.
- Regularly communicate with partners and Conexon management to assess performance, address any issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to develop business plans and sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Ability and willingness to travel on site with team members to help train and/or sell with them in their territories. This may be local travel but may also be out of state travel.
- Leverage CRM system and SPOTIO mobile application to develop prospecting and sales strategies for sales team to ensure high activity and effective closing ratios.
- Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality of service to the members.
- Attend events as needed to help promote the company.
- Capture and review any competitive information gathered and proactively communicate this information to Marketing.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. marketing, etc.) to develop and customize sales materials, tools, and campaigns for sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives, adjusting as necessary to optimize results.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Establish clear performance metrics for sales team, tracking their progress and providing regular performance feedback.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and activities to senior management.
