Residential Property Manager

Our company is a full-service, team-based Residential Property management company. We manage approximately 350 single family homes throughout Las Vegas and only do property management. We are seeking a full-time Property Manager whose responsibilities include showing and leasing properties, performing move out inspections, processing security deposits, coordinating repairs and working with vendors, tenants and owners.

We will provide structured training for the position and are open to hiring a motivated individual who is actively pursuing their Nevada Real Estate License, Property Management Permit, and REALTOR designation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Screen and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies, including initiating eviction proceedings when necessary
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including financial transactions and tenant interactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously
• Punctual and able to manage time wisely
• Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and files
• Strong decision making skills to solve problems and resolve issues
• Valid driver's license and registered vehicle.
• Proficient in Word and Excel and have general bookkeeping knowledge.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
• Have a Nevada Real Estate License or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses (must obtain license within 30 days of hiring).
• A Las Vegas Realtor or willing to become a Realtor within 30 days of obtaining/transferring Real Estate License.
• Have a Property Management Permit or willing to obtain within 60 days of hiring.
• Property management experience, basic knowledge of household repairs/remodeling, Appfolio experience, and/or a Bachelor's Degree preferred
