E&E Capital Management, LLC is a reputable property management firm based in Riverdale, Georgia. Our mission is to maintain and enhance single-family homes. We are in search of a dedicated individual to join our team as a Property Runner. Our properties are located mostly in Clayton, Henry, and Fulton counties, typically within 30 minutes to 1 hour of downtown Atlanta, with a few exceptions.
Job Description:
As a Property Runner, you will play a pivotal role in our property management operations.
Your responsibilities will include conducting occupancy/vacancy and rehab quality inspections on our vacant rental properties to ensure they are in optimal condition for occupancy.
