Residential Property Inspector

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of residential sites to ensure occupancy specifications.
- Perform quality inspections of homes to ensure condition.
- Collect photos and upload through an application provided.
- Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of inspections.

Requirements:
- Gas efficient vehicle
- Strong knowledge of GPS and ability of find addresses
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate on a daily basis with management
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on established guidelines.
