SalaryWe are currently seeking a full time painter to help with projects and repairs of older buildings. We are a local residential development company who owns and manages properties in the East End of Pittsburgh. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up job site with proper safety measures
- Ensure a clean and productive work space using drop cloths, wall cleaner, and roller trays
- Comfortable on various types of ladders up to 40 feet.
- Fill and patch holes with correct materials
- Knowledge in using appropriate tools including caulking guns, paint rollers, and brushes
- Exterior and Interior Painting of Buildings
- Plastering and Drywall Repair Experience
- Strong ability to work well with others
- Goal oriented and organized
Pay and Benefits offered
- Starting pay rate at $20.00 an hour
- Paid gas allowance on duty
- Signing Bonus of $500 after 60 days of employment
- Health Insurance after 90 Days of employment
Job Qualifications
- Painting Experience over 1 year.
- Valid Driver’s license
- Truck or work van that has passed PA State Inspection
- Owns basic hand tools
