As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering customer orders accurately, efficiently, and thoroughly. You will also communicate with our customers, production, purchasing, and transportation teams to ensure that we meet their needs and expectations. You will also learn the basics of door construction, fire rating, warranty, and customer blocking requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Above average typing and 10-key skills
- Business acumen and knowledge of door manufacturing and components
- Attention to detail and sound decision making
- Teamwork orientation and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for serving others and representing our company's purpose
