Job Description
Formula Corp, a manufacturer of industrial cleaning chemical products, personal care products and janitorial wholesaler in Auburn, WA is seeking an Order EntryTeam Member to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers.
- Enter e-mailed orders into our systems for processing.
- Clearly communicate both written and verbally with internal and external customers.
- Review orders for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Daily use of MS Windows 10, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, desktop scanner, copier, paper cutter and other office equipment.
- Prior experience with Chempax ERP is a plus.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Language Ability:
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have at minimum a basic knowledge of computer Order Entry systems and/or accounting systems and principals. Successful candidates will have strong Microsoft Outlook skills and basic MS Word and MS Excel knowledge. SharePoint experience is a plus. Chempax ERP experience is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, talk and hear and occasionally stand. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Hours and Benefits:
Full Time - 8:00am to 4:30pm M-Thurs, 8:00am to 3:30pm Fri, 90 day probation period. Benefits include paid vacation, major medical, HSA, 401K.
