THE JOB:
As an Essentials Retail Sales Associate, you provide our Guests with exceptional guest service, maintain a consistent brand standard and a comfortable shopping experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist Guests with their needs and drive sales.
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
- Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Engages all Guests in a friendly manner.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has the ability to operate a Retail POS system.
- Has Six (6) months Cash handling experience.
- Has a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.
- Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.
