Key Responsibilities:- Expert Diagnosis and Repair: Provide top-tier diagnosis and repair services for residential HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Consultation and Custom Solutions: Offer expert advice, develop tailored solutions, and educate customers on technical and investment decisions, providing multiple options and solutions.
- Installation and Maintenance: Efficiently install and maintain HVAC systems, focusing on quality and adherence to local HVAC codes.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients about their systems and maintenance.
- Continuous Professional Development: Actively participate in training opportunities to stay informed about current industry technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior residential HVAC experience.
- Knowledge and ability to apply local residential HVAC codes.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, servicing, and installation skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks.
- Willingness to engage in continuous education and training.
- Outgoing personality and goal-driven.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented focus.
