Residential House Cleaner

Looking for someone with a go-getter attitude to help me create customized cleaning to each unique family and home. THIS IS A W2 Employee position, not a 1099 contractor or cash job! Also, you will be working in many homes with animals so you must be ok working around dogs and cats. Many clients also work from home.

Must have cleaning experience, attention to detail, and ENJOY cleaning! Must have driver's license, vehicle, and pass a criminal background check!

Every client has slightly different needs, you must be flexible and detail oriented, and be able to work well on your own as you will be working alone after training is complete.

The Position: You will be cleaning residential homes. Training will be hands on for the first 30-60 days. We offer competitive wages from $15-$18 per hour plus paid drive time between homes. We also offer bonuses based on performances. The hours will vary but I am currently looking for someone Mondays and Tuesdays 9-4pm in St. Paul, Thursdays 10-5pm in Mpls, and every other weekend St. Paul for 3 hrs with some flexibility.

A few technical requirements:

Can you...

Lift 20lbs or more; be able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties?

Pass a criminal background check and drug test?

Speak and write in English?

Do you have a valid drivers license?

Do you have an available, working vehicle?

Do you have valid auto insurance?

Do you have a clean driving record?
