Residential House Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Residential House Cleaners with over 5+ years of experience to join our team of independent contractors. As a residential House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and expert level cleaning services to our clients' homes. You will be responsible for ensuring that each residence is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, leaving clients satisfied with a clean and healthy living environment. As we are seeking expert level cleaners to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting all surfaces within residential properties.

• Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinets. Ensure that dishes are washed and put away.

• Bathroom Cleaning: Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers. Replenish bathroom supplies as needed.

• Bedroom and Living Area Cleaning: Make beds, change linens, and tidy up bedrooms. Dust and clean furniture, including upholstery and electronics, in the living area.

• Floor Care: Properly care for different types of flooring, including hardwood, tile, and carpets, using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.

• Window and Mirror Cleaning: Clean interior windows only, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

• Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners. Ensure that all trash is properly disposed of.

• Organization: Assist with organizing items, as requested by the client.

• Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with clients to ensure their specific cleaning needs are met.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and cleaned report any issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with proof of insurance (required for the job).

Working Conditions:

This is a contract position for independent contractors.

Hours may vary based on client appointments and scheduling flexibility is required as you make your own hours .

Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and dust, homes with pets .
