We are seeking an experienced Residential Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by creating new bid and managing the database of all order and option templates for various builders in our ERP system. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and excellent computer skills to ensure successful estimation stair projects.

Essential Functions:

• Utilize your ability to read and interpret blueprints to extract relevant information necessary for estimation.
• Creating material take-offs
• Creating detailed and accurate bids and managing the bid library.
• Maintain and manage the database of all templates for various builders ensuring data accuracy.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, with relevant coursework or vocational training in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Previous experience in residential estimating, particularly within the construction or woodworking industry is highly preferable.
• Proficiency in CAD software is a plus.

• Blueprint reading: 2 years (Preferred)
