We are looking for a residential therapist who has experience in mental health treatment and who is committed to providing effective and compassionate therapy for teens. What You'll Do: Provide Quality Care and Support for Adolescents/ Teens ages 13-18Deliver Individual and Group Therapy: You'll deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions for adolescents in the residential setting, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. You'll help them address their mental health challenges and support their recovery and growth.Manage Your Caseload: You'll manage a small caseload of clients, maintaining regular communication and documentation. You'll set clear boundaries and expectations and manage your time and resources efficiently. You'll also be responsible for case management, parent communication, insurance paperwork, and crisis support for your clients.Work with Other Professionals: You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including medical providers, group therapists, experiential and social facilitators, and academic and life skills coaches. You'll coordinate care and ensure continuity and consistency of services for adolescents and their families. Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, you must have:A clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or a provisional license (LPCC, LSW, MFTC) in Colorado Prior experience in substance abuse treatmentClinical skills and abilities in: Motivational InterviewingCognitive Behavioral TherapyDialectical Behavior TherapyStrong Documentation Skills We prefer candidates who have:Experience in a residential settingExperience in hospital settings, especially with substance use disorder treatment..Crisis support experience.Experience working with teen or adolescent populations. Education:You must have a master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
