Located in the Historic District of Swansea, Massachusetts for 80 years, Stevens Treatment Programs provides comprehensive services to adolescents who require the safety and consistency of our residential treatment program. Stevens empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. We support youth to successfully and safely reintegrate into home and community.
Awake Overnight (AON) Residential Counselors provide a critical role in daily care and supervision for youth served. AON Residential Counselors facilitate structured nighttime and overnight routines, provide behavioral support as needed, and monitor youth during the night in order to ensure their safety and well-being. AON Residential Counselors perform duties during their shift that ensure the smooth functioning of the residence.

Schedule:
AON shifts are available 7 days/week. Awake Overnight shifts typically begin at 10:00 or 11:00 pm and end at 8:00 or 9:00 am. Shift times may vary.

Location: Swansea and/or Fall River, MA
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
- Acceptable EEC Background Record check
- Valid, current driver’s license and acceptable driving record (depends on location)
- Experience working with adolescents in a residential setting or special needs children is a plus
Must be able to remain awake and alert for the entire shift
Pay Rate:
Starting pay for this role ranges from $19.50 to $21.50 / hour, based on relevant experience, education, and schedule.
- An additional $1.00/hour with a demonstrated bilingual fluency in Spanish
- An additional $1.00/hour with MAP certification for medication administration
- Overtime and holiday pay available
